Challenges That Became Our Inspiration

Bodhi's Farm is a family-owned probiotic organic chicken farm in Plaga, Northern Bali, selling fresh chicken, stock and other organic products to households and restaurants across the island. Its website is its storefront: customers browse the shop, read how to order, and send their order straight to the farm on WhatsApp.

A store like this runs on many moving parts: WordPress, WooCommerce, an Elementor Pro design, a WhatsApp chat button, an Instagram feed and a Mailchimp connection. Each one updates on its own schedule, and a single update that breaks the shop or the order buttons means lost orders for a business selling fresh food. The farm needed the site kept current and reliable without its team having to manage the technical side themselves.

Solution

From Brainstorming to Execution

Jupitr looks after the site on an ongoing maintenance plan. We keep WordPress, WooCommerce, the theme and every plugin up to date, checking that the shop, the product pages and the WhatsApp ordering still work after each round of updates.

Alongside updates, we handle backups, security and performance monitoring, so problems are caught and fixed before customers notice them. When the farm needs a change on the site, it comes to us instead of becoming another task for the team.

The Results

The Bodhi's Farm store runs on current versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, with its shop, ordering flow, WhatsApp chat and Instagram feed working as they should. The farm's team can focus on raising chickens and serving customers, while the technical side of their online store is taken care of.
